This Privacy Policy explains how ResumeFlow AI ("the App", "we", "us"), developed by Devlex Infotech, handles your information. By using the App you agree to this policy.
1. Our Approach to Your Data
ResumeFlow AI is built to be privacy-first. All resumes, cover letters, and personal details you enter are stored locally on your device. We do not require an account, and we do not upload your resume content to our servers.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect or store your name, resume content, work history, or contact details on our servers.
- We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
3. Information Collected by Third-Party Services
The App uses trusted third-party services that may collect limited, anonymous, or device-level information to keep the App working and supported:
- Google Firebase (Analytics & Remote Config): Collects anonymous, aggregated usage and diagnostic data (such as app opens, feature usage, device model, and OS version) to help us improve the App.
- Google AdMob (Advertising): May collect and use your device's advertising identifier and related data to show ads. On iOS, personalized advertising is only used if you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can decline or change this anytime in your device Settings.
- RevenueCat & Apple: Process and manage in-app subscriptions. Payment is handled by Apple; we never see or store your payment card details.
4. Advertising Identifier (iOS)
With your consent, ads may use the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA). If you do not consent, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized. You can reset or limit this in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your resume data stays on your device and is protected by your device's built-in security. You may export, back up, or delete your data at any time from within the App. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Your Rights
Because your resume data lives on your device, you are always in full control of it — you can view, edit, export, or delete it at any time within the App.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
