Terms of Use for ResumeFlow AI

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ResumeFlow AI mobile application ("the App"), developed by Devlex Infotech. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial resume-building purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Your Content

You retain full ownership of the resumes, cover letters, and any content you create in the App ("Your Content"). You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of Your Content. The App stores Your Content locally on your device.

3. AI-Generated Content

The App uses on-device AI features to help generate and improve text (such as summaries, bullet points, and cover letters). AI-generated content is provided as a helpful starting point and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before using it in a job application.

4. Subscriptions (ResumeFlow Pro)

  • The App offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly) that unlock premium features.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse-engineer it, use it for unlawful purposes, or create false or misleading resume information intended to deceive employers.

6. No Employment Guarantee

ResumeFlow AI is a tool to help you create and optimize resumes. We do not guarantee job interviews, offers, employment, or any specific outcome from using the App. Features such as the "ATS Score" are estimates for guidance only and do not guarantee that any resume will pass a real applicant tracking system.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devlex Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

9. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services (including Apple, Google Firebase, Google AdMob, and RevenueCat). Your use of the App may also be subject to their respective terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
